MINUTES OF THE AGM HELD IN DARWEN TOWN HALL ON MAY 24TH, 2022
Present: Couns. East, Connor, Salton, M Davies, P. Browne, D. Smith, J.
Hamer, N. Slater, S. Brookfield and B. Taylor, plus two members of the public.

2. Minutes of the last meeting
These were agreed, with the one correction. Coun N Slater attended the
meeting..
3. Confirmation of officers:
Coun S Brookfield was elected as Mayor and Coun. K Connor as deputy leader.
A vote of thanks was given to the outgoing Mayor, Coun L Salton and deputy
leader, Coun. J. East. It was agreed the committees stay the same and the
deputy leader represent the council on Darwen Deal.
4. Finance
The balance sheet and annual return were accepted and the annual return
signed
