MINUTES OF THE AGM HELD IN DARWEN TOWN HALL ON MAY 20th, 2025
Present: Couns Brookfield, Hamer, Smith, Taylor, Shaw, Duncan, Dugan, Gibson, McCaughran,

2. Minutes of the last meeting
   These were agreed, with the minor amendment to add Coun Steve Duncan onto the parks
   committee.
3. Confirmation of officers:
   Mayor: Coun Stephanie Brookfield
   Leader: Coun Jonathan Hamer
   Finance Committee: Coun Dave Smith (Chair), Couns Mark Westall, Matt Gibson.
   Awards Committee: Coun Anthony Shaw (Chair), Couns Julie Dugan, Liam Dobson.
   Parks Committee: Coun Stephanie Brookfield (Chair), Couns Jonathan Hamer, Martin
   McCaughran, Steve Duncan.
   Events Committee: Coun Paul O’Garr (Chair), Couns Sue Skipper, Brian Taylor.
   Representative on the Darwen Town Deal Board: Coun Jonathan Hamer

   The balance sheet and annual return were accepted and the annual return signed
